Welcome to HERO, a digital men's health platform operated by Raiqa Health ("HERO," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the HERO website, platform, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

HERO is a telehealth platform that connects users with licensed healthcare professionals for men's wellness care, including hair health, skin health, and sexual performance. Our Services are provided online through secure digital consultation, with prescriptions, treatments, and care plans managed by qualified medical practitioners in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be 18 years or older to use HERO.

  • Be located in a region where HERO operates (currently Australia).

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during consultation booking.

By booking, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Medical Disclaimer

HERO provides access to independent healthcare professionals ("Practitioners") who assess your medical information and determine whether a prescription or treatment is appropriate.

  • HERO itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • All medical decisions are made solely by qualified Practitioners.

  • Information on our website or communications from HERO is for general educational purposes only and should not be taken as medical advice.

Always consult your Practitioner or general physician for any medical concerns or emergencies.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using HERO:

  • Provide truthful, complete health and personal information.

  • Do not impersonate others or submit false medical data.

  • Follow the Practitioner's guidance and use prescribed products as directed.

  • Report side effects or adverse reactions immediately to your Practitioner.

  • Use HERO's Services only for your personal use, not on behalf of another person.

5. Telehealth Consent

By using HERO, you consent to receive healthcare services via telehealth. This means consultations, prescriptions, and follow-ups may occur electronically through video, chat, or digital forms.

You understand that:

  • Telehealth carries benefits (accessibility, convenience) and potential risks (technical issues, limited physical examination).

  • You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing the Services.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Renewals

  • All consultations and treatments are paid in advance via HERO's secure payment gateway.

  • By subscribing, you authorize HERO to charge your payment method for ongoing monthly or treatment-based plans until cancellation.

  • Prices are listed in local currency (AUD) and include applicable taxes where required.

  • We may update pricing with notice to users.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HERO, we strive to provide transparent, high-quality care and a seamless user experience.

7.1. Payments & Plans

HERO offers two types of billing options:

  • Pay-per-consult: Users are charged per consultation with a licensed practitioner.

  • Subscription plans: Available in monthly, 3-month, and 6-month packages. Subscriptions provide ongoing access to consultations, care plans, and follow-up support.

7.2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided once a consultation has occurred or medication has been prescribed or dispatched.

  • Payments made towards monthly, 3-month, or 6-month plans are non-refundable, even if the user discontinues treatment before the period ends.

  • Refunds are not applicable for unused consultations or partial subscription periods.

7.3. Minimum Commitment

To ensure treatment efficacy and consistency, users subscribing to HERO programs are required to commit to a minimum of 3 months.

7.4. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription after the initial 3-month commitment period.

  • To cancel, users must contact support@raiqa.health at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations made after this window will apply from the following billing period.

7.5. Payment Failures

In case of payment failure or incomplete transactions, HERO reserves the right to pause or terminate access until the issue is resolved.

7.6. Discretionary Exceptions

In rare circumstances (such as duplicate charges, proven billing errors, prescription errors, regulatory non-compliance, or clinical contraindications determined by a HERO clinician), partial or full refunds may be issued at HERO's sole discretion after investigation.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. All data is handled in accordance with:

  • The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and

  • Relevant U.S. data privacy laws, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

All Practitioners and partners are contractually required to handle data securely. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store, and disclose information.

9. Delivery of Prescriptions & Products

  • All medications are prescribed by licensed Practitioners and dispensed by registered pharmacies.

  • Delivery is made directly to your nominated address in discreet packaging.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and pharmacy availability.

  • HERO is not liable for postal delays once an order is shipped.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and materials on the HERO platform are owned or licensed by Raiqa Health. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use HERO to collect or transmit illegal, defamatory, or harmful material.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.

  • Share another person's prescription or medical information.

  • Use HERO for resale or unauthorized distribution of medications.

12. Third-Party Services

HERO may include links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, pharmacies). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or operations of those third parties.

13. Liability & Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law:

  • HERO and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • We make no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes or timeframes.

  • You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on Practitioner advice or use of HERO Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms, or

  • We believe your use threatens the integrity or security of the platform.

You may cancel your account anytime by contacting support@raiqa.health.

15. Changes to Terms

HERO may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with:

  • The laws of Queensland, Australia.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
